The Global Technology Centre (GTC) and Shared Services teams in India are proud to have received the Great Place to Work Certification from the Great Place to Work®️ Institute for the second time. In addition, we are very proud that for the first time this year, we went through a Workplace Inclusion Index™️ assessment, to achieve accreditation as a Workplace with Inclusive Practices. This index attempts to understand if different communities in the workplace experience a barrier-free and bias-free environment by evaluating people practices and employee feedback.

The Global Technology Centre (GTC) in India is proud to be awarded, for the third consecutive time, the “100 Best Companies for Women in India”. This remarkable recognition was awarded by Avtar, the pioneers of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in India and Working Mother. This year, the GTC was also awarded the “Exemplar of Inclusion” award, by the Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI) - India's largest inclusion index, acknowledging ED&I practices and program. There were around 170 companies that participated in the MICI survey and the GTC was recognized for its commitment towards creating an inclusive workplace for all.
