Capgemini has been transforming the business through technology and driving into the future since 1967. As we mark 25 incredible years in India, we're thrilled to launch Capgemini Brand Quest 2025 for the first in the colleges in India. This is an initiative for our future employees to learn more about Capgemini in a fun way and win exciting rewards and compete with students from different colleges in India.The contest will determine one winner, two runners-up, and seven finalists, all 10 will receive prizes based on their rankings.

Eligibility
The contest is open to students from selected colleges in India having an existing relationship with Capgemini. Participation in this event is through invitation only and voluntary. All eligible students will receive intimation from their respective college/university and/or Capgemini, inviting them to register and participate in the event. Any alternative methods of registration by students, such as usage of forwarded emails or messages from friends at other colleges, will be considered invalid. Registration does not grant the right to play in the quiz. The organizer is not liable to inform students whose registrations are considered invalid at our end. The set of eligible colleges is available but not displayed here to maintain privacy. A list of invited colleges can be produced only for legal, audit and other statutory compliance purposes on demand only to concerned authorities. Capgemini reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the contest, including eligibility, without any further communication.
Quiz Mechanism
All questions in the quiz will be based on publicly available information, facts, and figures including the Capgemini's website ( Group & India). Also, keep following the social media channels of Capgemini India page on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Registration
All eligible students will receive link to register for the event. A confirmation mail from the organizer or the service provider appointed by Capgemini will confirm the participation of the student in the event. The registration period to participate in the Capgemini Brand Quest 2025 is 24.07.2025 to 19.08.2025. Any registration beyond this period will not be considered for participation purposes.
Level 1 - Qualifier Online Quiz Round
The Level 1 round will be conducted virtually and will be scheduled during 23.08.2025 to 24.08.2025. The Level 1 online quiz round will be conducted on third party quiz platform (Superset). The quiz format will consist of 20 regular and 5 bonus multiple-choice questions. The duration of the quiz will be 30 minutes only.
For optimal user experience, the quiz is designed to function best on a laptop or desktop. Accessing it on a mobile device or handheld phone is not recommended.
Level 2 - Semi-final Online Quiz Round
The Level 2 Semi-final quiz round will consist of 2 phases - Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) round and Jury round. Both will be conducted virtually.
- Phase 1 - Multiple-Choice Questions Round: The top 25% students (who score 100 marks or more) from each participating college will qualify for Level 2 - Phase 1. This round will be scheduled from 30.08.2025 to 31.08.2025. It will be an online round conducted on third party platform (Superset). The quiz format will consist of 25 regular and 5 bonus multiple-choice questions. The duration of the quiz will be 30 minutes only.
- Phase 2 - Jury Round: The top 30 participants from Level 2 - Phase 1 will be selected based on their scores to appear for the Jury round. The Jury round is planned between September 2025 - October 2025. The Jury Round will consist of a Personal Interview conducted by a panel to assess participants' brand quotient and overall personality through behavioral questions. The jury will be from Capgemini and they will hold the right to choose 10 finalists for the Grand Finale. The selection of candidates for will be determined by evaluating total score of Personal Interview with the jury from Capgemini India.
The Jury round is planned between September 2025 - October 2025 and Top 30 students will be notified on their email with the details.

Level 3 - Grand Finale (Physical Event in Capgemini Pune Campus)
The top 10 participants will be selected to compete in the Level 3 Grand Finale, which will take place at the Capgemini Office in Pune, India. The selection of participants for Level 3 will be determined based on the final scores of Level 2 Phase 2 Round. Other criteria for selection are social media profile screening, and participant' availability to appear for Grand Finale Event in Pune. The Grand Finale is planned between October 2025 - December 2025.

Winner Selection
Capgemini Brand Quest is a multi-round quiz contest with successive eliminations. Only students who meet the evaluation criteria set by the organizers will advance to subsequent rounds.
Winners will be selected based on their scores in each quiz round. In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the participant who completes the quiz in the shortest time and who score highest in bonus questions.
The contest will identify one winner, two runners-up, seven finalists through a series of engaging quiz rounds.

| The 'Top 5 Most Engaged Colleges' trophy will be awarded to the college based on the highest registration and overall participant performance from Level 1 and Level 2 from the shortlisted top 10 colleges in this category. The academic partner/faculty/representative from these colleges will be invited to the grand finale, where the winners in the category will be announced. | ||
| All prizes are subject to applicable taxes as per the laws and regulations of India. Winners will be subjected to taxation in accordance with the provision of the Income-Tax Act. The settlement of the rewards will follow the company's process and timeline. It is winner's responsibility to comply with the applicable taxes as per the laws and regulations of India and declare the prize amount to concerned Government authorities if applicable. | ||
