Dear Associates,

Welcome to Cognizant. You are joining us at a defining moment, one where AI is reshaping how businesses operate, compete and grow. As an AI Builder, our work is not limited to deploying technology; it is about translating AI's potential into real, measurable outcomes for the world's leading enterprises. That is precisely why you are here.

Each of you comes from a different academic background, yet together you bring the interdisciplinary skills this moment demands. This is intentional. We see cognitive diversity as a competitive advantage. Today's complex business problems rarely have purely technical answers. They require people who can think across disciplines, question assumptions, and connect human insight with technological capability. This program is designed to instil the essential skills for our AI Builder journey.

Over the next two weeks, as you go through this program and engage directly with our business and leadership teams, I encourage you to be curious. Ask questions. Learn not just what Cognizant does, why we do it, how you fit into our larger purpose and what you can do.

You are joining us as we scale deliberately for the AI era, building a frontier workforce to ensure our clients don't just adopt AI, but benefit from it. Your role starts here.

I have no doubt this cohort's talent and diversity of thought will strengthen the outcomes we deliver. Welcome aboard. Let's build something meaningful together.

“As an AI Builder, our strategy hinges on translating AI capability into measurable enterprise value, and that requires interdisciplinary talent. The Cognizant Talent Accelerator program is a deliberate investment in this direction, bringing together B-school graduates from diverse academic backgrounds such as engineering, liberal arts and design, so they build the judgment to connect technology with real business context. This cohort reflects the frontier workforce our clients need us to build, so they don't just adopt AI, but benefit from it.”

“By drawing associates from B-schools across the country, including strong representation from non-STEM backgrounds and women, we're proving that great AI talent doesn't come from one pipeline or one discipline. The Cognizant Talent Accelerator program is where this diversity of thought gets shaped into a shared foundation, so every associate starts their Cognizant journey ready to think differently and contribute from day one.”
