"Cognizant Digital Nurture Program 2022 will focus on deep skilling the students, along with development of technical skill readiness to work on various projects and integrate with our business units, so that they gain the ability to understand the customers' digital transformation requirements and deliver on those engagements. Last year such a program gave us an insight that most of the base skills that students need to learn, can be taught through multiple avenues that are readily available. From a Cognizant perspective, we believed that investing in that kind of development, might not be required as the focus is on what students have been asking and looking for and that is deeper skill building. With that thought in mind, this year's Nurture program will focus on that kind of skill building and will be the gateway for GenC Next roles."

  • You should be a part of the colleges selected for Digital Nurture 2.0 program

  • 2023 batch students from B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc only from Computer science, Information Technology and Circuit streams are eligible

  • Students should possess consistent academic record with 70% or greater in X, XII, Diploma, and till 4th semester in UG.

  • 70% or greater in UG if you are a PG student.
    • (All subjects will be taken into consideration calculation)

  • Students should be available for Internships
    • Part-time internship in 7th sem
    • Full-time internship in 8th Sem (with stipend)

  • CGPA to % conversion will be considered as per University norms

  • Opportunities are open only to Indian nationals


Student Information


  • You need to register in the below mentioned Superset link to enrol for this program & upload the following mandatory documents in the PDF format in the space provided for the same
    1. Resume attached with passport size photograph
    2. College ID card
    3. All academic documents including the school certificates and college semester mark sheets up to 4th semester for UG & 2nd semester for PG
    4. Govt. Id proof - Aadhar card. Passport (front & back) or PAN Card (if available)

  • Student should register using only one Email address & should use the same throughout the Program & Hiring process. Student can apply only for one of the tracks of Digital Nurture 2.0 GenC Next Job postings, either JAVA or .NET. Please note : Applying for multiple job postings could result in rejection of all applications.

  • You are required to do a self-profiling in the Superset page, which will be subjected to screening & validation to be enrolled in the program

  • College Placement officer needs to ensure that only those students who meet Cognizant criteria can appear for the program

  • The last date for enrolling in the Superset is 11th Mar'22
