Registration
Register for the Aspiring Innovators Talent Search on Superset. You'll need to upload soft copies of your CV, marks card, any technical certificates and identity proof (preferably Aadhaar) during the registration process.
Online assessment
Eligible candidates will be asked to take an online assessment. This is to evaluate your verbal, analytical, quantitative and written communication skills, along with domain knowledge.
Business discussion
If you successfully pass the online assessment, you will be invited to participate in a business discussion round with our team. This will include two rounds of discussion: a technical interview and an HR interview, both conducted virtually via the Superset platform.
Offer Letter
Well done! Reaching this stage implies you are on the verge of joining us. Please await the Letter of Intent and the final offer letter from our recruitment team. Upon acceptance, you will officially become a member of the PwC India team.
Pan India (final allocation to be determined based on business needs. Candidates should be flexible to relocate to any location pan India.)
