SheSpace is our women network at TA Digital. We built this
community to assist women unleash their potential by providing
opportunities for professional and personal development and
critiquing our policies and procedures to ensure that our
workplace is inclusive, equitable and open to the innovative ideas
and approaches those women can contribute.
Career Enhancement Program
At TA DIGITAL, we cultivate a workplace culture that promotes
employee exploration of new roles within the organization through
Career Mobility Program, taking into account both their personal
preferences and the broader organizational requirements.

Career breaks are no longer a taboo. Through this program, we
offer multiple opportunities to talented women professionals who
are on a career break and want to rejoin the workforce.
