Celebrations
Whether in a physical workspace or a virtual environment, we
consistently celebrated and cherished valuable moments with our team
members. We organized events and contests like
#MILAN, #BuddyBandContest, #TriAtistryContest,
and #DeckYourDesk , in which
employees actively engaged and had a wonderful experience.
Furthermore, we incorporated a plethora of fun-filled activities to
enhance the excitement and add enjoyment to every moment at
#LifeAtTADigital
Joy of Giving Week
We celebrated Joy of Giving week with motto of “Let us spread
smiles”. TA Digital donated 30 Laptops through Kishori Vikas Yojna,
helped to spread smile of 368 children through Akshaya Patra and
donated 5000 face masks, 100 boxes of sanitizer cans and hand gloves
to Police Department.
Weekly Musings
To make each week even more refreshing; to keep the momentum
going, we have introduced Weekly Musings which consists of
weekly initiatives such as #TGIM, #WednesdayInspiration and
#FriYay.
#TGIM
To drive away those Monday morning blues, we brought #TGIM
(Thank God It's Monday) i.e. weekly dose of
motivational words to infuse the passion back into our
lives.
#WednesdayInspiration
Wednesday, is that day of the week when one is desperately
yearning for Friday to arrive. Recognizing the need to
keep the energy up, we've come up with,
#WednesdayInspiration that'll empower our employees
for the rest of the week.
#FriYay
It is important to celebrate and add a little zing to the
weekend festivities. We came up with weekly dose of
#FriYay with puzzles, amazing facts and rib-tickling
humor!
Women Day Celebration
We celebrate Women’s Day throughout the month with varied
initiatives acknowledging the great work done by each and every
women employee.
