Titan Business Leadership Program
Our 12 months of Management Trainee Program at Titan is aimed at creating a real immersive learning experience for young talents from premier management colleges across India who have the potential to become future leaders! We believe in giving a holistic learning experience to new hires by giving them rotational cross functional projects before they are placed into the final role.
Titan has always looked at having leaders from inhouse timber. In that endeavour, our Management Trainee program aims at creating a robust succession pipeline for future leaders who have undergone unique experiences across various geographies, functions, departments which is key to their growth is imperative.
Titan Impact Program
The Summer Internship Program is an exclusive program for management students from b-schools for 2 months of internship in various business divisions.
If you are a management graduate from our partner institutes, you could be a part of our summer internship batch!
We also offer students challenging and comprehensive live projects to work on, network with people, get mentored by senior leaders within the organization, and an opportunity to secure a pre-placement interview.
Tech and Engineering talent
The program offers an opportunity for aspiring high-potential talent to work and be part of various engineering/technology roles at Titan.

Design Program
The Titan design program aims to nurture and develop the next generation of creative and innovative designers. The program offers numerous opportunities for students to apply their knowledge through hands-on projects, internship projects & design competitions.
We aim to cultivate a creative mindset by encouraging students to explore new ideas, take risks and use various design thinking methodologies and techniques to generate innovative designs for real-world challenges.
Titan Elevate - B - School
Elevate is a B School business challenge competition organised by Titan year on year in premier B Schools from across the country. The program was launched in 2014 with the objective of getting young students to put on their thinking caps and bring forth a fresh perspective into solving real business challenges.
Both first and second year students can take part in the competition by registering through their placement committee and compete to win attractive cash prizes and a chance to secure a pre placement offer with us.
Nvisage - Design
Nvisage is a journey of celebrating the power of creativity and design thinking for budding designers.The competition is designed to be a platform for students pursuing diploma in design to showcase their fresh ideas, creativity, innovation, and knowledge of aesthetics. The competition motivates students to think, create and exhibit innovative designs on this platform for projects that can be practically implemented. The competition aims to provide its participants a platform to know Titan Company Limited better in terms of its work culture, design approach, and values. Nvisage also offers an opportunity to design products and co-create with Titan and a chance to win a PPI with us!

Leadership Opportunities at Titan
The Sales Excellence Program is to build a Sales leadership pipeline at Titan by identifying and developing high-potential employees with superior functional acumen toward sales.
The Young Leadership Program program is a 18 month journey for Leadership Potential identification at an early career stage followed by accelerated development which has elements of learning such as experiential learning, leadership interactions, domain specific masterclasses, learning labs on behavioural competencies and a PGCBM degree.
The Emerging Leaders program program is for the development journey curated for mid mid management which has elements of learning like – industry & social immersions, mentorship, shadowing, leadership and functional masterclasses.
The SMD & TMD programs are for the senior leadership consisting of customised learning elements, classroom learning & immersions, organisation wide projects, coaching & mentoring.
