Educational qualifications:

  • B.E./B. Tech (Compulsory degree); M.E./M.Tech (5-year integrated course).
  • Year of passing: 2023.
  • All branches EXCEPT Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture, and Food Technology.
  • 60% or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent in Graduation as per your university guidelines.
  • 10th Standard or equivalent: 60% and above.
  • 12th Standard or equivalent: 60% and above as per Board guidelines.
  • Must be a full-time course only. No part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in a degree.
  • Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only.

Step 1: Registration

Register for Wipro’s National Talent Hunt 2023 by filling up a simple form.

Step 2: Online Assessment

Eligible candidates will be invited to take an 80-minute online assessment that will test your verbal, analytical, quantitative and written communication skills followed by coding.

Step 3: Business Discussion

If you get through the online assessment, you will be called for a business discussion round with our team.

Step 4: Offer Letter

Congratulations — if you’re at this stage, you’ve made it! Simply wait for our recruitment team to send you the Letter Of Intent and the final offer letter. Accept it, and join the Wipro team!

Additional
criteria

  • One backlog is allowed at the time of Assessment. Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 8th semester.
  • Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed between 10th to commencement of Graduation. No Gaps allowed during Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of the program and within 5 years for Integrated programs.
  • Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
  • You should be an Indian citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
  • Candidates are eligible for re-registration, only after 90 days or 3 months from the prior online assessment given. However, candidates will be invited for the online assessment at Wipro's discretion.
  • Eligible candidates will be invited in batches, for the assessment.
*It will solely be at the discretion of Wipro to permit/restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in the Elite Hiring Program selection process.
