How to apply

Step 1: Registration

Register for Wipro's School for IT infrastructure Management Program 2025 by filling up a simple form

Step 2: Online Assessment

Eligible candidates will be invited to take an 80-minute online assessment that will test their verbal, analytical, quantitative and written communication skills.

Step 3: Voice Assessment

If you clear the online assessment, you will be invited to take 20-minute Voice assessment.

Step 4: Business Discussion

If you are successful in the Voice assessment round, you will be called for a business discussion with our project team subject matter experts.

Step 5: Letter Of Intent

Candidates who clear the discussion will be provided with a Letter of Intent.

Step 6: Pre-Skilling Training

Candidates will be invited for an in-depth learning journey to better prepare you for your job role in Wipro!

Step 7: Offer Letter

Congratulations for clearing all the rounds! Simply wait for our recruitment team to send you the Offer Letter. Accept it, and get ready to join Wipro!

Additional
criteria

  • Only full-time diploma courses are permitted. No part-time, correspondence or distance learning diplomas will be eligible.
  • Open school /distance education in 10th and 12th standards will be accepted.
  • A maximum of 1 active backlog is allowed till the interview stage. Offers will be meted out subject to all backlog clearances.
  • A maximum of 3 years gap in education will be accepted between 10th standard and the commencement of the diploma program.
  • It is mandatory to have studied core mathematics as one of the diploma subjects. Business maths and applied maths will not be considered a substitute for core mathematics.
  • You should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
  • Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
*It will solely be at the discretion of Wipro to permit/restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in the Wipro's School For IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) Hiring selection process.
