Welcome Back Program


 
After the success of its initial returnship program, ACT returns with a renewed fervour with Welcome back! Life is a journey where one must tend to various priorities at each pedestal of life. We are of the belief that these career breaks do not pose an impediment to one’s potential but only show grit, decisiveness, and spirit. The decision to embark upon the corporate journey after a sabbatical could be as daunting as it is stimulating.

We have designed this program to honour this vigour of people by providing a platform to enable a smooth transition back to work. We are positive that this program is focused on honing skills of individuals and will serve as a platform which will propel them towards a successful career in future . Our aim ultimately is to empower the pool with the confidence and skillset required to help individuals perform well in their roles.

 
We are opening up few specific positions under this program, namely, Executive - Talent Acquisition, Executive - Human Resources, Executive - Finance, Assistant Manager - Finance, Team Leader - Collections & Retentions, Manager - Operations

  • Interested candidates with relevant experience can apply for the roles available under this program.

  • Please note that is a full time role opportunity with us & all onboarded candidates will be on a 6 month probation from the date of onboarding.
  • The learning journey will be customized for each individual on-boarded, designed as per the specific requirements of a role.
